Shannon Ludlow is the host of The Multifamily Journey, a new podcast focused on sharing a behind-the-scenes look into his personal journey investing passively in multifamily syndications.

Shannon has enjoyed a 17-year career in real estate development and property casualty insurance. he is both an active and passive real estate investor, conservatively flipping one home at a time in the greater Tampa Bay area and reinvesting those profits into passive multifamily syndications. His portfolio currently consists of 581 units valued over $60 Million dollars, located in Indianapolis, IN and Clearwater, FL.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and an Executive MBA from the University of Florida. He also earned the prestigious CPCU and AIC Insurance designations and is currently an executive in a top-25 P&C carrier.
